The Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is calling all enthusiastic home cooks and shutterbugs to enter its recipe photo contest. Entrants can win up to $500 in cash prizes.
To participate in the contest, prepare the recipe below using Idaho potatoes, snap a photograph of it, and upload it to the IPC’s website using the entry form provided. Judges’ favorite photo for the recipe will win a $500 cash prize. All photo submissions are judged based on overall appeal, quality of composition and prominence of the potatoes in the prepared dish.
The deadline to enter photo submissions for the May/June contest period is 11:59 p.m. mountain time on June 30, 2017. Click here for photography tips and contest details.
