ESN SMART NITROGEN: ESN Smart Nitrogen is the most advanced nitrogen fertility product available for potatoes. ESN is a polymer-coated urea granule that releases N at a rate that matches the N demand of the crop. This N feeding happens throughout the growing season. In addition, ESN helps prevent against all forms of N loss, including volatilization, denitrification and leaching.
