The National Potato Expo has become known as one of the biggest potato events anywhere and this year’s two-day expo didn’t disappoint.
More than 1,800 attendees from several U.S. states and Canadian provinces, along with a handful of foreign countries, converged on the Gaylord Rockies Resort near the Denver International Airport in early January.
The expo hall featured 175 exhibitors and there were two days of seminars (Potato Talks), breakout sessions and other fun activities like the Tater Toss Tournament, celebrity chef potato cook off and more that took place over the two days.
We’ll highlight many of the events, seminars and information we gathered during our time at the expo in the weeks and months to come.
