Gary Roth, Executive Director of the Oregon Potato Commission, shared the Commission’s activities over the past year. His comments came at the Washington Oregon Potato Conference in Kennewick, WA.
Those activities include how the OPC is engaged with Oregon State University athletics as well as what the Commission is doing to educate school children in the state on the health benefits of potatoes.
