We had fun chasing the potato harvest this fall in eastern Idaho. We visited farms in five different eastern Idaho counties: Power, Bingham, Teton, Jefferson and Madison.
We are constantly amazed at how growers manage such a big part of their operation. Yes, most have been doing it for years but with so many variables thrown into the mix, it is still quite impressive.
