Eagle Eye Produce to Ship New Potatoes

Eagle Eye Produce, a top-tier grower and shipper of fresh produce based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, will start shipping new crop russet potatoes the first week of August, with new crop red and yellow potatoes to follow shortly after from its facilities in Idaho.

Annual potato harvest is under way again for Eagle Eye Produce and potato farmers all over Idaho. Eagle Eye growers are working around the clock to ensure their potatoes are a perfect size, texture and density. Over the next few weeks, Eagle Eye will harvest thousands of acres of world-famous Idaho potatoes.

“Growing conditions for this upcoming crop have been excellent,” said Coleman Oswald, director of sales at Eagle Eye Produce. “We are enthusiastic about what we are seeing in the fields at this point, and we are eager to get this new season under way. In light of what we have seen thus far in 2020, we are hoping to have a very uneventful, smooth and successful harvest.”

Along with new crop, Eagle Eye Produce will be introducing a few new pack styles, including new premium Harvest Select half-and-half bags for its russet, red, and yellow potatoes.
