EFC Systems Inc., a leading provider of solutions for agribusiness retailers and wholesalers, has signed an agreement for the purchase of AgJunction Inc.’s Cloud Services division.
AgJunction’s Cloud Services division operates in State College, Pa., where it supports over 2,000 agricultural retail locations through its suite of precision agronomy software.
