Agritech Corporation, Logan Farm Equipment and the Mills Group have announced a joint venture to merge talents in marketing, management and production. This will create a solid foundation for all involved, thanks to the many years of experience provided by each company in its respective area of expertise.
As part of the joint venture, Logan Farm Equipment will introduce its industry-leading Load Pro bulk bed in stainless steel. This is made possible because of the Mills Group’s already proven and extensive knowledge about and ability to manufacture with stainless.
Future plans include manufacturing some of the Mills Group’s product line at the Logan facility in Sugar City, Idaho, along with the present Logan Farm Equipment product line.
The Mills Group will build some of the other Logan products for the Midwest and Eastern potato markets in their Earlville, Iowa, plants.
Products will be marketed through the existing dealers and distributors of both Logan and the Mills Group across North America and globally.
Brad Mills (Mills Group) and Bruce Nyborg (Agritech/Logan) are excited about the synergistic opportunities created by this joint venture and the future growth potential.
