Harriston-Mayo Acquires Idaho Facility

Harriston-Mayo, a Minnesota manufacturer of potato planting and handling equipment based in North Dakota and Minnesota, has announced the purchase of a facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

The Idaho facility will be managed by Todd Geyer, Harriston-Mayo area sales and service manager. Additional employees are expected to be added.

The facility will be used as a base of operations as Harriston-Mayo continues its sales growth in the Northwest states and provinces. The primary function of the facility will be to support dealers and customers with equipment and parts.

Harriston Industries, located in Minto, N.D., is a manufacturer of potato planters, cultivators and the popular Clodhopper. Mayo Mfg. is located in East Grand Forks, Minn., and manufactures bin pilers, evenflows and conveyor systems as well as grading, sorting, washing and loading equipment.
