Idaho State Department of Agriculture's Pesticide Disposal Program will be hosting unusable pesticide collections in Eastern Idaho and Magic Valley in September 2011. Pre-registration will be required to participate in these collections. The first 1,000 pounds are free for each participant.
Rexburg - Sept. 12 - Madison County Transfer
American Falls - Sept. 13 - Power County Transfer Station
Burley - Sept. 14 - Bureau of Land Management Yard
Twin Falls - Sept. 15 - Twin Falls Canal Company
Please check with the Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) office nearest you or with the Boise ISDA office to confirm dates or for additional information about these collections. All collections will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. They can only collect pesticides-no fertilizers, paints or oils can be accepted.
