It has been quite a ride. Since joining the team at the magazine, I have had numerous opportunities to learn from the great people in the potato industry. I've benefited from the experience and willingness of so many and wish each the best as you make efforts to advance this work.
Though I have left my position at the magazine, it will be in capable hands. Tyler J. Baum is a great writer with a great heart. If he receives the same support from those in the industry I was given, he will be set for success.
The magazine is positioned to continue its service to the industry by providing updates on advancements and features on fellow growers. The publication has a solid past and a promising future.
I know that experience I've gained in the industry has been beneficial. And so it can be for each of us. Let's take lessons learned and go forward. Let the planters plant and irrigation begin. We have a wonderful harvest ahead.
