A group of 182 New Brunswick seed potato grower have spent the past 10 years trying to settle a dispute with the NB Department of Agriculture.
They are accusing the department of devastating their industry by coming back with false positive PVYn virus tests in the early 1990s.
They had hoped the department would settle out of court. But the best they are able to do is to have new court dates set for May.
