ThorPack LLC, based in Polar, Wis., recently became the newest distributor for JMC Packaging to promote JMC’s full line of equipment. ThorPack is a full-line packaging supply and equipment sales company.
Martin Kolpack and Richard Thorpe, managing partners of ThorPack, are working to incorporate the finest equipment available to growers, packers and shippers. ThorPack works directly with equipment manufactures to stay on top of the latest trends and offer the appropriate equipment capable of complying to its customer’s needs.
One of JMC Packaging’s hottest-selling machines is the AB-3000-HS baler, which is most often seen in potato, carrot and ice repack facilities. The AB-3000-HS is commonly referred to as a master baler machine. It is equipped to run paper or poly master balers and can be integrated with a sewing system or a heat sealer for any style of bag. Features include a user-friendly touchscreen with an Omron programmable logic controller, ethernet capabilities and bag sensors. The AB-3000-HS is capable of bagging 3- to 20-pound consumer bags.
