The National Potato Council (NPC) has added Kam Quarles as senior director of public policy. Most recently at McDermott, Will & Emery, Quarles has spent more than two decades resolving complex regulatory, communication and public relations issues for international businesses, public agencies and national trade associations including the NPC.
Prior to his seven years representing the NPC at McDermott, Quarles served as vice president for government relations at United Fresh Produce Association and vice president of government affairs at the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. Quarles holds a master’s in international commerce and policy from George Mason University.
