The 2015 Potato Business Summit will be held the first day of Potato Expo, Wednesday, Jan. 7. For attendees’ convenience, a continental breakfast has been added to the program, starting at 7:30 a.m. The Summit will start promptly at 8:00 a.m., followed by a luncheon at noon. Those who wish to learn more about the seed potato markets are welcome to attend the UPGA Seed Division public briefing at 1:30pm.
