Pierce Corporation, in partnership with Genesis Network, introduces their Chemigation Monitoring System, a timely response to EPA and other regulatory agency safeguards as they become more far-reaching.

The CMS precisely measures and records wind speed and chemical flow, ensuring public and worker safety, while optimizing grower and applicator resources, reducing labor costs and liability risk. The system attaches directly to a center pivot or portable chemigation trailer and provides licensed applicators remote access to real-time information during the application process while logging data for future reference.

Additionally, CMS sends programmed alerts via text messaging in the event of too high or low wind speeds or irregular chemical flow rates. Remote interface allows operators the ability to initiate a shutdown/restart sequence using line-of-sight wi-fi or cellular technology, eliminating the need to enter the application zone.
