A United States/Mexico encounter will be held November 9 in Tijuana, Mexico, to allow U.S. producers a chance to meet with Mexican importers and distributors interested in buying U.S. potatoes within 26 kilometers from the U.S./Mexico border.

U.S. growers and shippers who are currently exporting or those who are interested in exporting are invited toattend.

The group will also meet with government officials from both the United States and Mexico. It will provde an excellent opportunity to meet buyers and to learn about the Mexican market, Mexican consumer demands, and provide information on U.S. products.
