'Pink Rot' meeting Set For Tomorrow

Growers in eastern Idaho have been invited to attend an educational meeting on pink rot Tuesday at noon at Melinda's restaurant in Blackfoot, ID.

University of Idaho extension potato specialists Jeff Miller and Bill Bohl have arranged the meeting to explain new developments in pink rot management. They will discuss incidence/severity issues as well.

The no-host event will start at straight-up noon at 321 NW Main St.

Pink rot has been challenging some growers for several years. Many alternatives for control of the problem are being studied.
