During a recent trip to Colorado, we took some time to swing by the Potatoes USA office in Denver to say hi and meet all the great people there.
It was interesting to tour Potatoes USA’s offices, which includes an amazing kitchen/culinary work area where RJ Harvey creates some dang tasty potato dishes (yes, we got to sample one while we were there).
But it was what was out front of the Potatoes USA building that really caught our attention. There were potato plants growing in the planter box out front. It was fun to see potatoes growing in a “concrete jungle” that surrounded those plants.
Two questions though. Who harvests those potatoes? And does RJ Harvey whip something up fresh for the office staff after harvest?
