Miedema introduces a new generation of the Miedema Conveyor (MC) Series single- and dual-belt conveyors. A 31.5-inch-wide trough belt has a capacity of over 140 tons per hour. The fact that the belt lies on top of the frame guarantees maximum quality of the conveyed product. With a narrow construction and optional integrated flattening set, which transforms the trough belt to a flat belt, the transport conveyors can also be used to inspect product.
Overhead lighting of the conveyor belt is available. The MC dual belt makes use of a wide, sturdy energy chain with cables hidden inside the frame. The MC Series’ strong, simple extension mechanism has a drawbar that can be attached in two positions. A centrally located control cabinet provides easy operation from both sides. All MC machines are equipped with central starting and stopping capability of all connected machines. The new MC can be fitted with a weighing system with 99 percent accuracy.
