Arysta Life Science Hires New Global Head of Business Development

TOKYO-Arysta LifeScience announces Bryan Koeppl has joined the company as global head of business development. In his new role, Koeppl is responsible for analyzing the competitive dynamics in the agricultural chemical industry; recognizing new opportunities and identifying acquisition candidates; and implementing strategies for the company to achieve its acquisition and divestiture goals. Koeppl reports to CEO Wayne Hewett.

"Bryan brings a wealth of experience in corporate development and investment banking as we look to build on Arysta LifeScience's previous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) accomplishments," said Hewett. "Arysta LifeScience remains committed to maintaining a strong M&A capability and continues to aggressively assess opportunities on a global basis. Bryan will be critical to this process and will be an asset to our leadership team."

Koeppl started his career with GE in corporate finance and then took on more senior roles in auditing and mergers and acquisitions over a 12-year period. He most recently served as the managing director, investment banking and corporate restructuring for Teneo Capital. Koeppl holds a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
