POCATELLO, Idaho-Eastern Idaho's potato country and the Portneuf Valley Farmers' Market, based in Old Town Pocatello, will both be featured in an upcoming episode of the Food Network reality television series "The Great Food Truck Race."

Four food trucks competing for the show's grand prize-cash and the right for the winning team to keep a food truck-rolled into eastern Idaho during Memorial Day weekend.

The show, hosted by Tyler Florence, pits teams driving food trucks across the country in sales competitions. Trucks that sell the least amount of food in each city are gradually eliminated, until a winning team emerges. The teams sold food at the farmers' market on May 25. Pocatello city officials said the new season begins on Aug. 11, and the episode that features Pocatello and footage from the region's potato industry will air Aug. 25.
