FRIESLAND, Wis.-In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is going pink-repackaging their recently released Alsum Griller Russets with pink trays.
"Most everyone I know has been affected by breast cancer," notes Heidi Randall, Marketing Manager at Alsum Farms & Produce. "They either know someone who has battled the disease or have battled it themselves. Since 1973, Alsum has tried to give back to the community-be it fundraising or health and wellness events. This year, we wanted to do our part to raise breast cancer awareness while raising funds to help those in need."
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the Alsum Griller Russets will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
