For you Idaho growers, plan on attending the PGI PAC Auction, Grower of the Year Awards and Business Meeting. This year the auction and awards will be conducted in the pool foyer during the Spectra Reception at the Potato Conference on Wed., Jan. 19, at the Red Lion Hotel in Pocatello.

*Silent auction opens in pool foyer
5:45 p.m.
*Live Auction for the Idaho Potato Industry Political Action Committee, conducted by Gale Harding.
*The Potato Grower and Seed Potato Grower of the Year awards, given by the Potato Grower Magazine will follow the auction.
*Door prizes will be given throughout the evening and a short PGI business meeting will follow.
Each grower in Idaho should have received a mailing, sponsored by Grower's National Cooperative, announcing the event. The event is being held in conjunction with Spectra Production's buffet reception, with no separate banquet in order to keep our expenses down.
There will be both fun and practical items offered in the auction including:
*A jet boat fishing trip on the Snake River below Blackfoot
*Tractor rentals
*Crop Protection Products
*1, 4 Sight for 50,000 cwt, including application
*And much, much more.
