United Agri Products Distribution Inc. and Western Farm Service and Crop Production Services, Inc. have merged into one company called Crop Production Services, Inc.
In addition to consolidating under one name, the CPS logo is also changing. There will be no change to the Loveland Products Inc. (LPI) name.
The Crop Production Services mission statement is: "We are committed to being the leading provider of agricultural inputs in each of our markets. We will attract and retain outstanding employees by motivating and rewarding them for their accomplishments in providing exceptional service to our valued customers."
