Valent U.S.A. Corporation has named Robin Demouth the company's acting president and general manager, region Americas. Demouth succeeds Trevor Thorley, who resigned his role with Valent, effective Jan. 2, 2009.
Demouth has been with Valent as vice president, general counsel, secretary and treasurer since 1998. He will assume the responsibilities of acting president of Valent's businesses until Thorley's successor is named.
