Makhteshim Agan of North America, Inc. (MANA) has announced the hiring of Duane A. Martin, Ph.D., as the company's new business and product development manager.
He joins the MANA senior management team to lead all of the company's new product and inter-business development projects.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the crop protection industry, Martin most recently worked as the senior brand manager of herbicides with Syngenta and prior to that was a BASF marketing portfolio manager.
Martin also worked 12 years at American Cyanamid in a variety of positions throughout the United States.
Martin graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in agricultural mechanization and earned a Ph.D. in agronomy from the University of Wyoming.
