Oregon's 38th annual potato conference will be held Thursday and Friday at the Lloyd Center at the Doubletree Hotel in Portland.
The conference will have a great list of speakers including Phil Ward with the Oregon Water Resources Dept., Joe Guenthner from the University of Idaho, Dave Zepponi with Northwest Food Processors, Jan Kerns from the USDA Ag Marketing advisory board, and John Hamilton of Treasure Valley Renewable Resources.
The conference will end with an awards luncheon.
