WSU Ag Dean To Step Down

.James J. Zuiches will step down as dean of the Washington State University College of Agriculture and Home Economics Aug. 9

R. James Cook, WSU's endowed chair in Wheat Research, will be interim dean, effective Aug. 10.

Zuiches will remain a tenured faculty member in the college's community and rural sociology department. He plans a six-month leave to do research for the college.

A national search will be made for a permanent dean.
