Although details are sketchy, it appears Bayer/Aventis will move its headquarters to the headquarters of Aventis in Research Triangle Park, NC.
The Kansas City, MO, location of Bayer will become the headquarters for formulation and manufacturing.
The announcement means Bayer’s administration and management personnel will move.
The two companies merged last year and it was unknown where the new company would base its headquarters.
