All of Colorado's 64 counties, from one side of the state to the other, are going into late winter with no snow and little prospects of winter storms.

The water situation this spring and summer looks glum as experts are saying all signs are pointing to a bad season for Colorado's farmers and all water users.

Snow levels in all mountain basins are at least 30 percent below normal. Levels in the Rio Grande, San Miguel, Dolores, and San Juan are less than half of normal.

So far weather patterns don't offer much hope and forecasters are worried things will only get worse.
