The proposed Food Safety Modernization Act rules announced by FDA, Standards for the Growing, Harvesting, Packing, and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption and Current Good Manufacturing Practice and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food, were published in the Federal Register Jan. 16.
