Aug. 15-16, progressive thinkers and innovators from the agriculture industry will gather at AgroExpo 2017. The event is designed to allow the time and space to demonstrate in the field how the latest products and services will benefit individual farms.
AgroExpo began with a collaboration of growers, promoters, exhibitors and researchers. The focus from the beginning has been to connect, discover and innovate. Highlights of AgroExpo include:
- In addition to static displays of tillage equipment, live demonstrations of some of the equipment
- Technologies that will help from a management standpoint—soil testing, mapping precision planting
- Seed program field plots to demonstrate the latest in seed and genetic technology
- Live demonstrations of irrigation systems and their respective available options, including nozzle options, timing, smart phone control and other advancements in irrigation technology
- Displays of state-of-the-art equipment including tractors, sprayers, storage tanks and much more
- A dedicated silage management area to explore the extent and sources of silage and TMR variability with focus on the technologies, innovations and proven best practices for achieving quality and consistency in silage and TMRs
- Newsmakers in the agriculture industry, representing agrichemicals, breeding, crop production, distribution, farm machinery, processing, and seed supply, as well as marketing and retail sales
- Educational speakers scheduled throughout the event
