Agrasizer

The Agrasizer has proven itself to be No. 1 in sizing accuracy and capacity. Accuracy routinely tops 97 percent. Capacity is normally more than five semi loads per hour for the 48-inch field unit and up to 2,000 cwt. per hour for the 48-inch warehouse model. This accuracy and capacity is achieved with virtually no bruising.

Every Agrasizer is custom-built to fit individual growers’ and processors’ needs, from 10 to 60 inches wide.

6500 Series Windrower

Beat the frost with Double L’s new 6500 Series windrower. Designed specifically with speed and durability in mind, the 6500 Series windrower from Double L is the fastest, highest capacity windrower on the market. Its longer secondary chain has raised the bar on speed and capacity. The machine is designed with the wheels underneath to decrease turning radius. This also means that an operator can back over ditches, mainline and other obstructions without the risk of damage. Inside, operators will find a 70-inch wide belted chain, instead of the industry-standard 69-inch wide belted chain. This unique feature increases the cleaning area and improves product flow.

Speed Sizer

The Kerian Speed Sizer uses a single set of rotating rollers that gradually separate as they gently carry potatoes forward. Potatoes are thus sized accurately and consistently by diameter. The roller spacing is set by a pair of precisely machined spiral drives with increasing pitch along the length of the sizer. The extreme accuracy of the roller spacing allows precise separation of both long and round potatoes by minimum diameter, with quick adjustment possible by sliding a divider to separate sizes.

The Kerian Sizer comes in 13 standard models, offering growers a maximum value and a machine perfectly suited to individual capacities and number of sizes.

Trac Pro Conveyor

With its ability to maintain rigidity in uneven situations, the Logan Trac Pro conveyor can transport product to storage with ease while offering long-lasting stability. The strongest side panels in the industry allow the belt to track straight, reducing wear and lacing tears. With minimal drag on the cupped belt, resulting from the extra bends and belt angles inside the conveyor, the Trac Pro conveyor moves large loads of product with less horsepower or fewer amps.

The Trac Pro features 5,000-pound leveling jacks on each end, an inline electric motor and gearbox, cupped belts, a towing hitch and a universal conveyor coupler.

Load Pro Truck Bed

Designed by farmers for farmers, the Logan Load Pro bed is the premier potato truck bed. The Load Pro features simplified belt adjustments and improved unloading speed. It won’t rust but maintains its luster and sheen.

Standard features include ratchet adjust on all four corners for ease of belt tracking and tightening; 3-inch carrier rollers for improved load carrying capacity; 30-inch flat belt 330-pound rubber; front and rear drive with planetary gearbox and direct-couple hydraulic motor and 7-inch vulcanized drive rollers; hydraulic fold-down door; full-length side door with cab switch; and 12-volt DC marine quality pump.

A bolt-together option is available for export. The Load Pro bed is available in 20-, 22-, 24- and 26-foot lengths

RevAir Debris Eliminator

In 2014 Milestone introduced the first-generation RevAir debris eliminator. Designed to eliminate foreign material—specifically lighter debris such as vines, corn roots/stocks, sod and weeds—from potatoes, onions and other root crops, the RevAir instantly showed tremendous potential and an impressive ability to remove unwanted items.

Milestone has continued to develop and improve the RevAir since that first prototype. Utilizing existing technologies coupled with new, innovative systems, the RevAir has proven to be an extremely effective debris eliminator. Available in a variety of widths and configurations, the RevAir is designed to meet the growers needs. Portable, low-cost, low power consumption and effective debris elimination make the RevAir a valuable tool for reducing labor and increasing profits.

Spudnik Windrower

The Spudnik six-row windrower, first introduced in 2008, continues to evolve as new options and features are added to the machine. The machine is a proven workhorse in the industry, with almost 200 machines in service. New for 2015, the double discharge rear cross conveyors have been widened to 30 inches each, providing better distribution of the crop into the furrows between rows 1 and 2 and between rows 3 and 4 when using a four-row harvester, or between rows 1 and 2 and between 2 and 3 when using a three-row harvester. The double discharge can be configured to combine all product into a single discharge when needed.

Puma 3 Harvester

The AVR Puma 3, a self-propelled four-row potato harvester, is AVR’s newest product. The machine’s tight lines, which grant it a very modern look, are striking, but the real innovations are its more powerful Stage IV engine by Volvo, extra cleaning capacity, higher traction and a more spacious cabin.

The Puma 3 can optionally be fitted with the patented Varioweb module, a combination of a pintlebelt and an axial roller set. The cleaning intensity can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 100 percent. What’s more, the axial roller set can be removed from the potato flow if little cleaning is required. With the Varioweb, the user can adapt the cleaning level to suit the harvesting conditions.

At nearly 52,000 pounds, the Puma 3 is still a lightweight in its class. This, in combination with its increased flexibility tires, results in a minimum soil pressure. The even weight distribution left to right also contributes to this.

The Puma 3’s steering radius comprises a 50-degree angle at the front and a 20-angle angle at the back, ensuring a high maneuverability.
