BioSafe Systems announces the hiring of Brent Byers as Southeast Territory Manager for its agrichemical division, supporting the crop protection, water treatment and food safety business segments. Based in Pittsboro, N.C., Byers will spearhead sales goals to establish consistent, direct communication with strategic distribution partners, growers and packers and market influencers.
In his role, Byers is charged with increasing the market penetration and sales of BioSafe’s crop protection, water treatment and food safety solutions. He will focus his efforts in establishing strong, lasting relationships with strategic distribution partners and providing technical support to returning customers, while establishing relationships with new customers through his diverse and extensive network of relationships from his in-depth background in the Southeast agriculture industry.

Byers comes from a background in family farming in North Carolina. During his career, Byers has worked in sales and marketing roles for branded products with Bayer CropScience, Timac Agro and Arysta LifeScience throughout North America and Mexico with a more recent focus on the fungicide and insecticide product segments.
