Dr. Troy Peters, Extension Irrigation Specialist at Washington State University, has recently completed his research on the efficacy of Boombacks using Innovative Boom Technology (iBt) utilizing Hose Booms; one primary finding was that the use of Boombacks can reduce runoff by 24 percent. He will share his findings during his presentation at the Irrigation Association Show in Phoenix, Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 12:50 p.m.
