EnSave, Inc. is pleased to announce its schedule of energy data collector webinars for 2014. As the nation’s leader in agricultural energy efficiency, EnSave works with a network of over 250 energy data collectors to collect information used to create farm energy audits. These popular webinars provide an opportunity for new data collectors to work with EnSave.

Attendees will learn about common equipment found on the farm, how to collect energy-use data, and how to input data into EnSave’s Farm Energy Audit Tool (FEAT) software. Attendees will also learn strategies for promoting farm energy audits in their communities to maximize participation. “Energy audits are a great resource for agricultural producers,” says Mitchell Graves, EnSave’s training manager. “Our data collectors perform a very important job by helping farmers access these resources and then working with us to provide data used to analyze energy efficiency opportunities.”

Webinar dates are May 21 and 22, Aug. 20 and 21, and Nov. 19 and 20. Each session will run from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Eastern time. Registration deadlines are one week prior to the start of each training, and space is limited. Each two-day session costs $250, and EnSave pays $300 for each data collection assignment including bonuses for each new energy audit a data collector generates.

Interested participants can contact Mitchell Graves at (315) 565-5343 to reserve their spot, and can also visit www.ensave.com/services/education-training/ to learn more about the content of the training and view sample agendas and data collector job descriptions.
