MILWAUKEE, Wis.—Rozol Vole Bait, packed in 50-pound bags, is designed to control vole populations under demanding weather conditions. Formulated as a highly palatable, weather-resistant, paraffinized pellet, Rozol resists wet conditions before and after snow pack. Rozol Pellets’ high palatability is attributed to food-grade-quality grains. Rozol Vole Bait is a restricted-use pesticide, requiring applicators to be appropriately licensed to purchase and apply product.
Supplemental state 24(c) labels aerial application is presently limited to the states of Idaho and Washington. The supplemental Idaho label allows application on pivot corners and within 100 feet of the edge of cropland, permitting preventative barrier treatments around forage, grains, potatoes, sugarbeets and other crops that are particularly vulnerable to vole in-migration and feeding.
Rozol Vole Bait can be used year-round on non-crop areas, borders of cropped areas and commercial nurseries. Rozol pellets can be broadcast or spot applied at a rate of 10 lbs. per acre for meadow and mountain voles, or 20 lbs. per acre for pine voles.
