SYNGENTA

Boundary 6.5EC herbicide contains the active ingredients S-metolachlor and metribuzin, and is a soil-applied, early-season herbicide that optimizes weed control while offering excellent crop tolerance and rotation flexibility. Growers using Boundary 6.5EC can extend their post application window four to seven weeks after planting to keep fields clean and protect crop yields.

Boundary 6.5EC can be applied as a pre-emergence or post-emergence treatment. When applied pre-emergence, the recommended rates are from 1.5 to 2.9 pints per acre. The recommended application rates for post-emergence use are 1.5 to 2.2 pints per acre.

For soil with organic matter between 3 percent and 10 percent, do not exceed 5.1 pints per acre per year; applications to soil with organic matter under 3 percent should not exceed 4.95 pints per acre per year.

Do not apply Boundary 6.5EC after June 30 in Idaho, Oregon or Washington if treated land will be planted to a crop other than potatoes in the fall. Do not use Boundary 6.5EC in California.
