NEW HOLLAND, Penn.--Top Service, a new program designed to support New Holland equipment owners will be launched throughout North America in October 2007. The program was successfully introduced in Western Canada and Europe earlier this year.
New Holland's Top Service provides all New Holland customers with service, information and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. New Holland customers who have service and product-related issues can contact the Top Service Team via a toll-free number.
The New Holland Top Service team includes technical experts and parts and logistics specialists and uses all the resources of New Holland to resolve customer issues. The team can source and distribute parts from its depots throughout North America or call on engineering and service teams to identify the best solutions for any issues. A Top Service team member will follow every issue to conclusion, only closing it when the customer is back at work and is satisfied.
In addition, Top Service will provide expedited service and parts assistance on selected tractors and self-propelled harvesting equipment within their base warranty period.
