Purely Supreme Foods LLC assets and unique patented food-processing technology are up for auction on July 14 in Idaho.

A court has approved auction procedures for the Burley, ID, company.

Since 1998, over $39 million has been invested/committed into PSF, including a majority dollar investment from the Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan (CCWIPP/UFCW) in Canada.

In 1999, Arthur Anderson valued the company at $40 million.

As a present PSF member and past president and CEO, Mike Zozula believes there is value in the offering for an interested party or associates with synergies in the industry. The opeing bid is just under $2.7 million.

Zozula invites interested parties to visit www.purelysupremefoods.com for a view of ongoing operations.

PSF was one of the originators of a pack of fresh, pre-prepared potatoes for the produce department of grocery stores. The partially cooked potatoes were seasoned and just needed minutes in a microwave for a delicious meal offering--much like frozen packaged food.

Zozula invites telephone inqueries at (905) 337-2201.
