Snygenta Crop Protection named John Rabby vice president of Corporate Alliance for Syngenta's crop-protection business in North America.
Rabby comes from BASF where he was group vice president.
Rabby will lead the company's key distributor account management team and oversee wholesale and retail programs. His appointment is effective September 1.
The Mississippi State University graduate with both BS and MS degrees has 27 years experience in the industry. Prior to his role at BASF, he served in various research, sales, marketing and senior management roles with American Cyanamid.
